THE COURSE

TPC Summerlin was built in 1991 and developed by the Howard Hughes Corporation and is now owned and operated by PGA TOUR Golf Course Properties, Inc. Bobby Weed of PGA TOUR Design Services, Inc. and Player Consultant, Fuzzy Zoeller designed what is known as one of the finest, premier private golf facilities in Southern Nevada. Honored by Golf Digest as one of "America's Best" golf courses, TPC Summerlin still ranks as one of the "Top 100 Modern Golf Courses in the United States". TPC Summerlin was the first course in the State of Nevada to receive certification status with the Audubon Society of New York State's Cooperative Sanctuary Program.

TPC Summerlin is proud host of a PGA TOUR event each year, the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospital for Children Open. TPC Summerlin is an 18-hole golf course that stretches to 7,243 yards from the Championship tees. This magnificent par 72 course is covered with Bermuda grass fairways, tees and roughs; and new A-5 Bent grass greens, which were completed in March 2006.
